Basically, while the actual milling effect of Compelling Argument isn't good, it's a fine card thanks to the ability to turn it into a more useful card for just one mana, while also giving us some late-game upside of milling our opponent when they are almost out of cards

The way I see it, you run this in grave dependent decks like LS or infernoids, their effects require banishing as a cost, and this guy feeds off the banished cards by stopping your opponent from playing the game

Sapphire and Steel has some sharp offensive cards too, but its with more brute force than Emerald and Ruby
